Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grate the cucumber and drain well in cheese cloth. You don’t have to remove the skin but remove any larger pieces of skin from the grated cucumber if need be. Drain well in cheese cloth so the sauce stays thick.
- 2
Spoon mix all ingredients and let marry for an hour fridge and check for seasoning.

Tzatziki Sauce Tzatziki Sauce
I have been playing around with this recipe for a while now, and I finally decided to sit down and log how I made this sauce. I feel like I have a pretty solid idea down, but I am always open to improvements. This is my first recipe ever, so hopefully you will like it! I hope I can continue to create, share, and find new recipes with this awesome community. Thanks! * P.S. I have been working on the recipe because the 3/4 tbl of garlic powder gives it a strong garlic taste. Try about 1/2 tbl of garlic salt (instead of powder) for less garlic flavor, and more of a refreshing taste if you would like. Thanks and happy mixing! (Don't know if I would call this cooking yet haha) Sam Martyn -
Tzatziki Sauce Tzatziki Sauce
This is great on alot of different things, like grilled meat and veggies. If you use a regular cucumber instead of an English cucumber, be sure to scrape the seeds out before dicing it. Also, if using freshly chopped dill weed instead of dried, use about 1 tbsp. Christina -

Mustard Dill sauce Mustard Dill sauce
One of my favorite sauces. I typically make this to serve with corn beef and cabbage with French bread. It is pretty damn good on anything actually... I've put it on salmon, on any kind of deli sandwich, roast beef... This stuff is great.Zach Martin

All-purpose Tartar-style Dill Sauce All-purpose Tartar-style Dill Sauce
I used the dill that I grew myself, and tried making some tartar-stye sauce with it. I tasted one spoonful and loved it.Adjust the amount of dill to your liking. This sauce has the flavor of mayonnaise and the saltiness of caper, so I didn't add any salt.If you are using it as a sandwich filling, reduce the amount of milk.Make it as runny or thick as you'd like.
