Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgrated cucumber seeds removed and peeled
  2. 1-1/2 poundsplain yogurt I used siggi's
  3. 1/4 cupdill weed, dried
  4. 2 tablespoonlemon juice concentrate
  5. As neededsalt
  6. 2 teaspoonAll purpose Greek seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the cucumber. Slice the cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon. Grate the cucumber and add to a paper towel to absorb the liquids.

    Take the Greek seasoning and dill weed and add to the cucumber.

    Stir the grated cucumber into the yogurt with the dill. incorporating it well.

    When the ingredients are mixed put it in a bowl and set in the refrigerator till you are ready for it. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
