  • Tamarind, as much as you want
  • Clean Water
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Masala
  • Salad spice
  • Any other spice of your choice

    Cut onions to small pieces

    Mix water, tamarind, salt, onions, masala and salad spice and mix well till thick as gravy. Ready to use
