Khajoor burfi

Steps

Make a paste of khajoor with milk.

Heat a nonstick pan add half ghee and pour the khajoor mixture into the pan.

Cook till it combine together or cook for 12-15 minutes.

Now add remaining ghee to it and cook for 10 minutes again.

Now turn off the gas and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.

Now take a polythene and grease with ghee and pour half of the khajoor dough and give a cylindrical shape. Let it rest for 1/2 an hour in refrigerator.

Take out burfi from refrigerator and cut it by knife from one side of knife only and serve it like a dessert.
