  1. 1/3 cupground black pepper
  2. 1 cupground kabab كبابه
  3. 1/3 cupground cinnamon
  4. 1/4 cupground cloves
  5. 1/4 cupground nutmeg
  6. 1/3 cupground cardamom
  7. 1 tablespoonground red pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Make sure every thing fresh and toast them first then ground them and mix all

    This spices are great for lamb meat and keep them in refrigerate to keep them fresh
