Beetroot heart shape cutlet
Steps

First boiled potatoes and mashed it.take a beet and carrot.wash,peel and grate it.add dry masala,salt,bread crumbs, grated carrots and beet, chopped onion and capsicum, coriander leaves and mix it well.

Now cutlet mix is ready.take a heart shape cutlet mold.stuffed it and make all heart shape cutlet.coating all the cutlet in semolina (suji).

Keep it in a fridge for 10 mins.now in a heavy bottom vessel heat the oil deep fry all the cutlet in golden brown in colour.

Beetroot heart cutlet is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh rose petals and rose mocktails.
