Chop palak

Cut potatoes in cubes

Chop onion, garlic, tomatoes and green chillies

Take kadai put oil jeera chopped onion garlic and green chillies saute till golden brown

Add chopped potatoes mix well and cover it for 5-10 minutes

Add chopped tomatoes and all spices

Mix well and cover again for 5-10 minutes

Add chopped and washed palak and let it cook for 5-10 minutes

Add amchur powder and mix well palak sabzi ready
