For besan yogurt batter--Take a bowl, add besan, yogurt and water, mix it well.

For palak batter-Grind green chillies, palak. leaves, ginger and little bit water in a mixer. Add palak batter to the besan yogurt batter.

For tadka--Heat a pan, add 2tsp mustard oil,hing, red chillies,mustard seeds, cumin seeds when crackles add onion, saute for one minute then add besan palak batter to it. Stir it.

Add turmeric powder, salt. Mix it well. Cook it till besan is well cooked. It takes near about 15 to 20 minutes. Add chopped palak leaves, cook for 2 minutes in low flame. Turn off the flame. Palak kadhi is ready to serve. Enjoy!
