Take a bowl add semolina,curd,salt,black pepper,water and mix well and make the batter.

Now take a another bowl add all veggies,salt,black pepper and mix well.

Heat the tava apply on ghee. Spread the better and apply all veggies on it.

Now change the side and roast it.
