Steps

Firstly add the soaked chickpeas into the cooker.add salt and water and let it cook till 4 to 5 whistle in the cooker and let the chickpeas cook properly. Allow the steam to come out on naturally.

After 10 to 12 minutes as the steam is released open the cooker and check the chickpeas whether they are cooked properly. Once cooked nicely, Drain water from chickpeas.

Now add chickpeas into a bowl, then add onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green chilies, lemon juice, salt and red chilly powder.Mix nicely.

Also garnish with coriander leaves.The salad is ready to serve
