To make it healthy I used wheat flour too instead of only all purpose flour.

To make it healthy I used wheat flour too instead of only all purpose flour.
Steps

In a bowl take water add Olive oil.Take both flour in a bowl,add salt and ake dough by adding oil mix water.keep on rest for 10 minutes.

Chop all the veggies.

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add chopped veggies and cook till turn sweaty.add sweet corns and cook till corns turns soft.keep it cool.

Add salt, pepper powder, italian herbs,paneer cubes and pizza sause.mix well.

Now make balls from the dough and flatten them to make very thin big sheet.

Cook it on Hot tawa for few seconds from both sides.

Mix mayonnaise and 2tbsp ketchup.Mix well.

Apply 1tbsp waise on cooked sheet.sprinkle shredded cheese slice.add 2-3 tbsp veggie mixture on it.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and roll it

Cook it on grill pan or in grill toaster.serve by wrapping in foil paper. Ready to serve..
