Measure all your ingredients accurately

In a large bowl put the dry ingredients then add water gradually as you knead

Knead for 10mins to form a dough. Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a dump cloth. Keep in a warm place for 1-2 hrs.

Prepare a baking sheet n line with parchment paper. Knead the dough again and roll into balls. Place them in the baking sheet and cover to let them rise again. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top

Bake in a preheated oven @180 degrees for 20-25 mins. Depends with your oven. Preferably check at the 18th min.
