  1. 100 gmsroasted peanut
  2. 100 gramsdates
  3. 300 mlboiled milk
  4. Fewdrops pineapple essence

Just 5 to 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a medium sized mixie jar, add roasted peanuts.you can get this peanut in any shop so it's very easy ingredients. And hundred-gram dates.

    Add milk 300 ml few drops of pineapple essence. You can add your favourite essence also. I just added pineapple flavour which I like.

    Then grind it properly. Now our high protein milkshake is ready to serve. very healthy and very tasty recipe also. Also very easy to make. Try it once thank you.
