Bring pot of salted water to the boil and cook pasta, meanwhile, chop mozzarella and salame.

Cook garlic in a little oil, when brown, remove and add tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes, set aside. Drain pasta 4 mins before cooking time is up, set a side. Sauce and pasta need to cool down a bit

Preheat oven to 180. Put pasta in a bowl, add sauce and mix. Now add the mozzarella and salame, mix well

Add Parmesan and basil. Mix again. Transfer to an oven dish. Spread evenly and add more Parmesan. Bake for about 15-20 mins. Enjoy 😍
