200 gfine couscous
20 mlvegetable oil
5 cupsspring onions chopped
Garlic,optional
Fresh ginger,finely chopped
Salt
Bell peppers
Hot water

Heat oil in the pan,lightly fry ginger and garlic,add everything except the water and lightly fry for about 3mins.

Pour hot water,just enough to soak the contents,put the lid on and turn off the heat.Allow to cook for about 5mins.

Open the lid,mix well and serve.
