Mix all the dry ingredients including the butter mix until well combined

Make a well in the middle and add the water little by little

On a clean surface need for about 10 min

In a bowl put your dough and let it proof for about 30 min

Put in your baking tin and allow it another 10 min of proofing.Since I don't have a bread tin I improvised

Ensure you slice some insitions on the bread to allow space for expansion and apply the egg whites on the bread.

After second proofing bake it for 25 min at 180° C

Ready to serve
