Steps

Grind keema very fine in a mixer grinder.

Slice 2 of the onions and deep fry along with the chopped green chillies till golden. Keep.aside to cool. Take half of this onion and add to a bowl.

In the same pan take 100ml oil add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, onion paste, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder and pepper and salt.... Mix all well.. add half of the fried onions to this masala. Bhuno...

Take 1 tbsp of this masala and add to the previous brown onion in the bowl. Add keema, chopped coriander and 1tbsp oil and mix well. Make small koftas and add the koftas to the masala... Cover the lid and lower the flame.

Once the koftas harden then add 1cup water and stir and again leave to simmer for another 5 mins...

Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot with roti.
