Steps

Wash & boil the spinach with chopped green chillies in a cooker for 20 minutes.let it cool down.

Put them in mixie & grind to a paste.

Heat desi ghee & put onions& ginger garlic paste,cook till they become golden brown, add chopped tomatoes & salt,cook till they become mashy.

Put the grinded spinach puree & mix well,cook till all the water dissolves.

Cut the paneer into small pieces & deep fry them.
- 6
Add them to cooked spinach.
- 7
Serve hot.
