Ingredients

  1. 500 gramwhite channe
  2. 1/4 cuptamarind juice
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspchanna masala
  5. 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 2 cupwater
  8. 2chopped tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash & put the channas in a cooker with 2 glass water.After a whistle,cook for 20 minutes.switch off the gas.

    Add oil in a pan with chopped tomatoes & add all the masalas with tamarind juice.

  3. 3

    Cook on low till it becomes smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Open the cooker & add the tomato masala in it.cook till it mix well.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves &serve with puri
