1/2 cupgrated Coconut
2Green chillies
1/2amla size Tamarind
As neededSalt
1/2 cupHot water
To Season:
1 tspCoconut oil
1/4 tspMustard
1/2 tspUrad dal
PinchHing
1String Curry leaves
1Broken Red chilli

Steps

Grind coconut, green chilli, tamarind, salt into smooth paste. Transfer to the bowl.

Heat small kadai add coconut oil, mustard, urad dal, hing, curry leaves and red chilli. Once done pour over the chutney..

Serve hot with idli or dosa..
