Methi paratha

IN a bowl take wheat flour. Add besan, red chilli powder, ajwain, turmeric powder, chopped green chillies, onion, little oil, Salt & mix everything together. And make a little hard dough. Add very little water at a time.methi leaves & onion release water.

When the dough is almost ready add about half tsp oil and knead. Cover the dough about 15 -20 mins.

Heat up a pan on medium heat.Take the dough and knead it once. Take one ball and sprinkle dry flour. Roll the paratha well with the help of rolling pin. Transfer the paratha on hot pan when small small bubbles appear flip it other side. Put little oil and fry both the sides little brown.
