Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes
  2. 2 bowlsgreen peas
  3. 1 bowlgrated carrot
  4. To tasteGinger,garlic,chilly paste
  5. 1small bowlBreadcrumbs
  6. 1 tea spoonall purpose flour
  7. 1 teaspoonlemon juice,salt to taste
  8. As required Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mash potatoes in bowl, add pinch of salt to it. Keep a side

  2. 2

    Now heat the pan add 2/3 spoons of oil to it

  3. 3

    Add ginger,garlic,chilli paste as per taste

  4. 4

    Add carrot to it now mash boiled green peas add to the pan

  5. 5

    Mix well add lemon juice and salt according to taste

  6. 6

    Take potato batter add maida and breadcrumbs to it

  7. 7

    Take small ball of batter, stuff above mentioned stuffing of peas and carrot.

  8. 8

    Heat pan and shallow fry tikkis, serve hot with pudina chutney or sauce. Kids love it.😊😊😊
