Ingredients

  1. For stuffing
  2. 2onion finally chopped
  3. 1 cuppeanut
  4. 1finally chopped carrot
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 tsphing/asafoetida
  10. 8-10garlic pods
  11. 1 inchginger piece
  12. as neededOil
  13. 1 cuppeas
  14. For gravy
  15. 1/2 cupTomato pulp
  16. 1Onion grinded
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1 tspred chilli powder
  19. 1 tspturmeric powder
  20. 1 tspcumin seeds
  21. 2Green chilli
  22. 8tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients

    Heat a oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli and all the veggies,salt and stir it nicely and cook it

    Wash the tomatoes and cut it from top side and take out the pulp from tomatoes. Take a frying pan add 1tbsp oil and let the tomatoes cook for 2 minutes on medium flame,by closing with lid.

    For gravy, Take a pan heat the oil. Add cumin seeds, hing, turmeric and red chilli powder. Now add grinded onion and stir it till the oil ozzes out. Now add tomato pulp and stir it.

    Fill the tomatoes with stuffing and put it in gravy and cook for 5 minutes.

    Ready serve with chapati.
