Mix corn flour and all purpose flour and add 1/2 teaspoon salt and red chilli powder.

Make a thick batter by adding water

Cut cauliflower in small pieces and dip in batter. Fry them till they become crispy

Dishout the fritters in a plate

For gravy firstly take 2 teaspoon oil in a pan

Add ginger garlic paste,cook it for 1 minute and then add onion and again cook for 2 minutes

Now add capsicum and stir for 2 minutes.now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and 1/4 teaspoon vinegar.

Now add a slurry of water and corn flour (1 teaspoon corn flour).add this slurry in gravy mix and cook for another 1 minute.

Then some salt and pinch of black pepper and add fritters in gravy.gice it a good mix

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
