A different way to enjoy a crepe style pancake on a cold day
Steps

Mix cup of flour and milk into 1 egg for the pancake batter. Mix until smooth and well aerated.

Add a little margarine to a 6-9in frying pan and melt around the surface of the pan until completely reduced. Pour in 1 laden full of batter and spread around pan quickly for an even coating.

Once batter showing is no longer liquid flip pancake and cook for a further 1-2 min. Pancakes should be golden brown on each side. Repeat for all pancakes.

Grill sausages

Slice up pear into thin slices
- 6
Once all cooked add pancakes to plate and fold in. Add sausages and pear slices and then a good lashing of good quality Maple Syrup
