Been trying so many amazing things with tigernut and honestly this tigernut and avocado cream so good. Really yum on cup cakes, spread on toast, great on Coleslaw and salad too...
So here's my quick and very simple recipe on this cream, try it out and thank me later. 🤗

Pick, wash and soak tigernut and dste about 2hrs... blend with enough water and sieve properly to extra the tigernut juice...

Pour the tigernut juice in the sauce pan, and allow to cook, while stirring continuously xo it doesn't stick....the dates will gives it that extra sweetness... keep stirring it...the cream is thick...

Lastly, scoop out the avocados from the skin, mash...and add to the thick cream and mix properly...and your cream is ready...allow to cool by chilling and enjoy with salad, on toast, on cup cakes or used as a dip for yam fingers, potatoes chips with a bit of black pepper...I 😋😋😋
