In a bowl,add the washed meat and add the ginger garlic paste,add black pepper powder,curry,thyme and seasoning,mix or rub thoroughly

Marinade for some hours or overnight, marinating the chicken gives it more flavor

After the marinade,add into a pan and add water,sliced onions and scotch bonnet and cook your chicken

When cooked,drain the stock for some minutes

Add oil into a pan,when hot,add the chicken and fry until golden brown,drain excess oil
- 6
Add veggies of choice and enjoy!
