Methi Corn Roll
Steps

Add corns in a mixer grinder jar and grind into a thick coarse paste.

Grate potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Add methi leaves & coarsly ground corns, onion, green chilli, bread crumbs, rice flour, salt & red chilli flakes in it. Mix all the ingredients together.

Take a small portion from the prepared mixture and roll it in cylindrical shape or whatever shape you want.

Heat oil in a pan.

Deep fry it until golden and crispy.

Drain it on absorbent paper.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
