Ingredients

  1. 250 gcooked white rice (leftover rice is fine)
  2. 1/2carrot
  3. 2 leavescabbage
  4. 1egg
  5. Any kind of meat or seafood(beef, chicken, shrimp, etc)
  6. To tastesalt & pepper
  7. 1 table spoonChinese chicken stock
  8. 1 table spoonmayonnaise(kewpie)
  9. 1 tea spoonsoy sauce
  10. seaweed

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack and beat 1 egg. Cut cabbage. Chop carrot in small pieces.

    Heat the pan and put some oil in it. Scramble the egg in the pan and add your favorite meat or seafood. Add in the cooked rice.

    Add Chinese chicken stock, chopped carrot, mayonnaise and fry them with wooden spatula.

    Add cabbage. Season the rice with soy sauce, salt and pepper before turning off the heat.
