Ingredients

  • Water
  • Bowlripe tomatoes
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash tomatoes

    Remove top n half it

  3. 3

    Put into a clean pot and over low heat for 15-20 mins

    Remove d skin

  5. 5

    Blend

  6. 6

    Sieve thereby removing d seeds.

  7. 7

    Put d pulp on low heat to cook n thicken

  8. 8

    Add sugar,salt and vinegar

  9. 9

    Allow to cook then cool

  10. 10

    Ur ketchup is ready. Pour into airtight container n use when Ur making Ur shawarma pizza or eating French fries. Yummy.
