  1. 100 grora
  2. 1/2green pepper
  3. 1/2red pepper
  4. 1medium tomato
  5. 1/2small onion
  6. Salt, peper, olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the okra, put them in a baking pan with a little olive oil. And bake them until they golden.

    Dice the onion, put in a pot with olive oil and fry until golden.

  3. 3

    Dice the peppers and add in the pot.

  4. 4

    Peel the tomatoes, cut it into small pieces and add to the pot.

  5. 5

    Leave o simmer an then add the baked okra. Add water until cover the okra, add salt and pepper, stir and leave to simmer until the liquid thickens.
