My husband's friends are an Indian couple who are vegetarians. They introduced me to this delicious okra dish.
I love spicy food so I put almost 1 tablespoon of chili powder. Adjust the amount to your taste. Recipe by Shock!

Okra Curry Okra Curry
Okra is a very popular edible plant in Sri Lanka. It is also known as "lady fingers" due to its long and slender shape. It has a slimy texture (when cut, it produces a liquid used to thicken stews) and is a great source of nutrients, notably high in fiber and vitamin C. If you're trying to maintain a balanced weight, okra is an ideal choice for your diet as it is a low-calorie vegetable. Here is a recipe that is not only easy and quick but also tastes spectacular. Hello, today I'm sharing this simple recipe with you. The main ingredient is okra, also known as quimbombó or bombó around here. I live in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, right on the border with the USA. In fact, I was born in Texas 🇺🇸. This food is grown and harvested here in Matamoros, and it's very tasty and nutritious. It can be cooked in many ways, and this time I prepared it Mexican-style. Andrea Cantu
