Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 & 1/2 cup oats
  2. 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 2ripe bananas
  4. 4eggs(2 whole & only white of other two)
  5. 1/2 cupscrushed nuts
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. (you can add protein powder if you are doing any physical workout)
  8. as required(Nutella, peanut & almond butter, maple syrup, chocochips, chocolate syrup can also be added)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend oats to get a fine flour.

  2. 2

    Add baking powder and eggs. Blend it.

  3. 3

    Add bananas and vanilla extract. blend it to until you get a thick and creamy batter. Add the crushed nuts.

  4. 4

    When hot pour 1/4 cup of batter. Cook until you see bubbles on top then filp it and cook. Pancakes should be golden brown.

    Grease the pan or you can use a non- stick pan. Heat it but keep the flame medium as high flame can burn the pancakes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot pancakes with fruits, maple syrup, Nutella or chocolate syrup.

    You can also add unsalted butter for more flavor 🥰🥰🥰. Enjoy..
