  • Red stew
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Green pepper
  • Seasonings
  • Cadamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes, then add into the stew and add some water, not much, just to cover up the potatoes and cook.

    Then cut the carrots, onions and green pepper too and add. Add cadamon and some seasonings then let it cook till the potatoes are soft.

  3. 3

    If you fimd your stew too watery, you can add a little mixture of water and flour/corn flour and add to the stew while still on fire, it will thicken it.

  4. 4

    You can eat anything with this stew, rice, macaroni, spag, cous cous etc.
