Coffee mint Cake #themechallenge
Ideal naked cake for a chilly weather 😋
Steps

Preheat Oven 180° as for charcoal oven, preheat 5min prior baking

Sift flour, coffee granules, baking powder and set aside as you gather the other ingredients

Cream the castor sugar and magerine untill white for about 3-5 minutes then add beaten eggs and beat the mixture for one minute

Fold in the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture into 2 parts while gradually adding the milk, mixture should be of a dropping consistency.

Put mixture into a greased baking tin, I used 7 inch square cake pan, bake for 40-50 min, cool for about 20 min, remove pan and cool completely, serve cool
