1 bowlWheat flour
2 tbspsoaked dal
to tasteSalt
1 pinchajwain (carom seeds)
As required Water
As required Oil for frying

Steps

1

Take a big bowl add salt, dal, ajwain, water and knead it into a soft dough.

Heat the oil and roll the poori with a rolling pin.

Fry it from both the sides and poori is ready.
