Take an orange, scrap out the flash & wash it clean.let the peel dry out at room temperature or place under sunlight or near stove.do not roast in oven or at direct heat.

Take sugar in grinder.add chop dried orange peels in it & grind.

Grind to fine powder.if few chunks of peel left out to grind,no issue.

Store in airtight jar & use to add more creativity & joy to your recipes.enjoy happy cooking happy sharing with cookpad.

I have not added artifical food colour so it might gives less orange colour as it's only natural dried orange peel.if you like can add food colour as well.
