This time I changed the method with cooking roomali roti, it came out soft as thin as a handkerchief, plus easy to make

Mix all ingredients well then bind with milk to a pliable dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour.

Make ping pong balls of the dough.

Use a big tava keep it on flame.

Roll each ball into puris.

Use two plastics square sheets, keep one sheet on working table dust with flour place one puri on it, brush with ghee then place another puri on top of it, dust with dry flour.

Place another plastic sheet on top and roll into paper-thin roti as thin as you can.

Put the roti on tava let small bubbles appear on top, toss on the other side

Remove on a tray and separate roomali rotis.

Cover in kitchen towel.

Fold like napkins then serve.
