Fry the mince meat with pepper and spices

In a bowl, add the flour, melted butter, salt, baking powder, 1 raw egg and water bit by bit.

Use a mixer to mix the dough well. The dough should be soft. Keep and allow it to rise.

Flatten the dough and divide it into four. Add water to the edges. Add the mince meat and cooked egg on top of the dough. Mold it into ball and fry.
