Peel carrots and slice in ring cut. Steam jaggery and sliced carrots in steamer for10-15 mins.

Remove from steamer and add coconut milk and soaked saffron in coconut milk and blend it with blender till smooth puree.

Again steam it in steamer for 5-10 mins. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Add chopped pista and mix well.

Serve hot or cold YUMMY, HEALTHY, TASTY Vegan Steamed Carrot Basundi in a bowl and garnish with rose petals and chopped pistachios
