Wash the amla properly, towel dry and grate.

Pour grated Amla in a bowl add turmeric powder and salt mix well, add sugar and micro at high power for10- mins. check in Between and stir the spoon to check whether sugar is melted completely. Remove and after 10- mins and add cumin powder, asafoetida, cardamom powder red chilli powder,roasted cumin and saunf. Mix well and again micro for 3- mins.

Add roasted almonds flakes and melon seeds mix well and micro for 2-min,

Remove cool it completely and then store in a glass bottle. Healthy Vegan Amla chundo is ready to serve.
