Biscuit Bhakhri
Steps

Mix all ingredients and Knead a stiff dough then keep it on rest for 10 to 15 min.

Take small portion and Knead it for some seconds to make it like roti by using rolling pin roll. (It should be thicker than paratha and if edges crack too much then use little water or milk to make it soft.)

Keep flipping at both sides for 30 seconds to 1 minute into low to medium flame till golden brown spots appears at both sides.

Press both sides with help of any spoon and make it crispy.
#you can use ghee on bhakhri and enjoy it like biscuits with chay Or coffee.
