Steps

First in a pressure cooker add beetroot along with as required and cook for 2-3 whistle.after cooling peel off the skin and blend till smooth.

Now in a mixing bowl sieve together wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix well.

Now in a beet blender jar add curd, oil, powder sugar, vanilla essence and blend until smooth.

Now add wet ingredient to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Toss chocolate chips with little flour.

Pour the batter into greased lined pan and tap nicely.sprinkle chocolate chips on it and bake for 20-25 mins in preheated microwave oven on 180℃.

Check by inserting toothpick after done.keep it on wire rack to cool.

Garnish with chocolate syrup, cut it and serve.

Note- Instead of chocolate chips you can add nuts of your choice.
