Firstly knead maida adding oil and water and prepare a normal dough. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Finely chop all vegetables and mix well. Add salt and pepper powder also.

Make some balls of dough and roll them very thin. Cut round shape with the help of a small bowl or a sharp cap

Fill all with vegetables and give them in the shape of momos. Boil water in a big pan or patila and cover it with holed grees plate. Place all momos in it and once cover it with a normal plate. Steam momos for 10 -12 minutes.

Now steam momos ready to eat. Serve with chutney.
