  7. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonmirin
  9. 1 teaspoonsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all ingredients. Mix the ground meat with the marinade, then add shredded carrot and minced celery.

    Mix well. Take a dumpling wrapper and fill it with an appropriate amount of filling. Pinch to seal (shape as desired).

    Once all are wrapped, heat a suitable amount of oil in a frying pan. Place the potstickers in the pan, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Drizzle with thickening water and steam for 3-4 minutes.
