Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgrated cabbage
  2. 1/2 cupCarrot grated
  3. 1/4 cupCauliflower grated
  4. 1 tbspspring onion
  5. 1/4 tspGinger grated
  6. 1/4 tspgreen chillies
  7. 1/4 cupCorn flour
  8. 1/4 cupMaida/All purpose flour
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. As neededOil to fry
  12. For gravy
  13. 1 tspoil
  14. 1 tspchopped garlic
  15. 1 tspspring onion
  16. 1 tspSoya Sauce
  17. 1 tspGreen chillies sauce
  18. 1 tspKetchup

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and make soft dough.

    Heat oil.

    Make medium size balls and fry till golden brown in colour on medium to low flame.

    Keep aside.

    Now heat oil in wok. Put chopped garlic and spring onion.

    Add cornflour slurry. Mix well.

    Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.

    Mix well. Add required amount of water. Let it boil.

    Put manchurian balls.

    Mix well and cook for 2 mins on high flame.

    Transfer it on serving bowl and garnish with spring onions.

    Serve hot.
