In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp of butter papaya paste red chilli powder white pepper lemon juice ginger garlic paste crushed black pepper yougart white pepper vinegar and salt to mix and marinatemutton leg to 4-5hours.

Fold it with cling film and put it in steamer for 20-25 minutes.

Then bake it in oven for 10-15 min on 200C.

And brush with remaining butter during baking.

Very yummiest and delicious blochi mutton leg reary to serve. Serve with chutney and raita and spring onion.
