  • 3/4kgs minced beef
  • Leeks 5bulbs
  • Cumin seeds
  • Garam masala

    Fry your minced beef

  2. 2

    Add cumin and garam masala then add leeks

  3. 3

    Put aside...make your pokets using flour pinch of salt points to note...knead with cold water.
