Keep all the above mentioned Ingredients ready.cook basamati rice and keep aside.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan Add red chillies,chana dal,Cashews,urad dal and Saute it on low flame for 2-3 min.

In this add Raisins, green chillies and curry leaves.Mix all Ingredients.Now add fresh grated coconut, salt,sugar and cooked rice.Mix it nicely.ready to Serve.

Take a bowl,fill it with Coconut rice and press it evenly from all sides.Take a serving Plate,invert the rice bowl in it,tap slightly, and Demould it.Garnish with Fried Cashews,Fried curry leaves and Serve hot.
