Sabudana kheer

#cookpaddessert It's a milk dessert made out of sago balls and milk. It's a special dessert that find it's place on indian platter during the time of fasts like Ekadashi and Navratri. It's served on room temperature because it gets a velvety texture when cold but is equally delicious when rated hot.
